Webmail can now only be used from
external to the Eurofins Network with MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
To continue using webmail from external to the Eurofins Network, please follow the below steps
if you have not already registered for the MFA Service.
- Log a ticket with the Global Service Desk servicedesk@eurofins.com
- Global Service Desk will confirm your account has been activated for MFA.
- Global Service Desk will share the steps to set up MFA for Webmail.
- Follow the steps by Global Service Desk to use webmail with MFA enabled.
